After 17 years of practicing Chinese Medicine and acupuncture with a focus on Women's Health, Liz pursued her Master's in Marriage and Family therapy in order to be able to provide a more integrative approach. Together, Liz and her clients set clear, achievable goals with the overall intention to guide them to a deeper understanding of themselves and the root causes of their imbalances.
Along with a combination of psychoanalysis and CBT, Liz incorporates a unique blend of mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic lifestyle interventions into her therapeutic approach.

Always planning to be a psychotherapist, Liz graduated with a BA in Psychology from Bowdoin College but life's winding path led her first to the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Liz is overjoyed to finally bring the two together as she has always maintained a profound fascination for the interconnectedness of physical health and emotional well-being.

Working with young adults, adults, and families, Liz supports her clients on issues surrounding body image, infertility and loss, self-esteem and confidence, fertility treatment, and postpartum mood disorders. Liz has a particular interest in maternal mental health and women’s health in general. During therapy sessions, Liz creates a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space for the unique individual in front of her.
