What you can expect from this workshop:

This 3-hour experiential workshop focuses on “Mom Parts” - the different parts that cycle together around juggling the competing needs of mothers and their children.

By implementing Internal Family Systems concepts, participants will be able to identify components of the client’s inner system that feed such cycles, and interact with those parts to help them heal. This novel treatment approach depathologizes mental health struggles of moms and offers powerful new ways of working with parts to address and support women battling feelings of rage, panic, perfectionism, and regret, among others.

This experiential and didactic training will also allow participants to explore their own parts as a way of gaining deeper understanding, which will ultimately support their clients' overall wellbeing and mental health.
