As the intake coordinator, Erin provides a warm welcome and a depth of knowledge to new and potential clients. She’ll be the first person you talk to during the initial consult call, and she prides herself in listening with empathy and curiosity, in order to make effective recommendations about care and match you with the right clinician for your needs. Even after you’re set up with a clinician, Erin serves as a point of contact throughout your care journey, helping with a variety of things such as scheduling, billing, and connecting you with other resources.
Erin taught middle school language arts and worked in youth development services before finding her way into healthcare administration, and she continues to approach life with the heart of a teacher. She loves interacting with patients, supporting clinicians, and creating systems and plans that promote ease and efficiency. She is also founder and editor-in-chief of Gastropoda, an online literary magazine. Erin lives in the Olympic Peninsula with her husband and daughter, and enjoys reading, writing, and hiking.
