6-week group for 3rd - 4th graders

Executive Functioning Skills for Kids

What you can expect from this group:

This small, interactive group starting early May will serve to strengthen the essential brain skills your child needs in order to feel more confident, independent, and in control—both in the classroom and at home.

Using targeted skill-building activities and games, this group will foster a growth mindset as your child learns strategies for more efficiently managing their time, planning ahead, staying organized, and regulating their emotions in a way that makes daily life smoother, for them and for you! As they gain confidence in handling more responsibilities on their own, you’ll feel the shift too—fewer power struggles, less micromanaging, and a more peaceful, cooperative family dynamic.

In this group, your child will work on:

  • Improving organizational skills and confidently tackling multi-step tasks
  • Learning to take initiative and practicing independence in daily tasks
  • Practicing thoughtful communication and improving their social skills
