Join us in person at our Pelham, NY

Located in the heart of The Village of Pelham, our offices serve families throughout
Westchester County and the surrounding areas.

Why choose in-person therapy?

Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or your family, our offices provide you with a safe space where you’ll receive expert care in a warm, private, and supportive environment.

Opportunities for
Growth:

For Families

For families, in-person therapy provides a valuable opportunity to work together in real-time, allowing the therapist to observe subtle but important cues—such as body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice—that can reveal underlying dynamics and unspoken tensions. By being physically present, your clinician can attune to each family member’s emotions, gently guiding conversations to uncover root challenges and fostering healthier patterns of communication, connection, and understanding.

For Parents & Adults

For adults, in-person therapy provides a dedicated time and space to focus on your mental health without the distractions of daily life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, or unpacking past trauma, being in a physical space designed for healing can create a deeper sense of presence and engagement in the therapeutic process.

For Children

Children often benefit most from a face-to-face approach, which is why the majority of our therapeutic child services are conducted in-person.

Rather than asking kids to fit into adult environments, we’ve built rooms that are made for them. With materials that invite play, creativity, and expression, therapy becomes active, engaging, and meaningful, with the kind of messy work that supports real growth.

4. A Trusted Home Base

For adults:
Your first appointment is an intake session. This is a chance to share what brings you in, what you’ve been noticing, and what you hope will feel different. Your therapist will ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current concerns, and goals, so care feels personalized from day one and a treatment plan can be established.

For children:
Before we begin meeting directly with your child, your child’s therapist will start with an intake appointment with you and/or your partner, either in person or virtually. Meeting with parents or caregivers first allows us to better understand your concerns, your child’s history, and what you’re seeing at home and at school. From there, your child’s therapist will begin meeting with your child in individual sessions that are age-appropriate, engaging, and tailored to their unique needs, while continuing to collaborate with you throughout the process.

We will be here for you as long as you, your child, or your family needs us. Our goal is to help you or your child develop the coping skills, self-awareness, and resilience to confidently navigate life’s challenges, so that one day, you may no longer need therapy. But we also know that life is ever-changing, and new challenges can arise.

Once we’ve established a relationship, you and your family are always welcome to return for one-off sessions when you need extra support or to book on an ongoing basis again if you find yourself or your child facing new hurdles.
