Sian brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work, combining empathy, clear communication, and strong organizational skills to support both clients and clinicians throughout the process.

Her background includes experience in nonprofit and client-facing environments, where she has guided individuals through structured processes and provided consistent, compassionate communication. A particularly meaningful experience in her career was her internship with a nonprofit supporting critically ill children and their families, where she worked closely with families and provided compassionate, hands-on support. This experience strengthened her commitment to working in care-focused settings and deepened her understanding of how to support families during challenging times.

Sian earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from Towson University. She values being part of a collaborative team and enjoys contributing to an environment where people feel supported and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys taking her dog for walks and exploring creative activities like painting and baking.
