A monthly group for fathers meeting from 7:30-8:30pm on the 3rd Monday of each month

Dad Mode

What you can expect from this group:

Fatherhood can be rewarding, but it can also feel draining, overwhelming, and lonely. Between parenting, partnership, work, and self-care, many dads find themselves running on empty while still trying to show up for everyone who needs them.

Dad Mode is a once-a-month, in-person group designed to help fathers reclaim balance, strengthen relationships, and prevent burnout — all alongside other dads who truly get it.

  • Real Talk & Practical Tools: Go beyond surface-level tips. Get actionable strategies for how to manage stress, stay calm when kids push your limits, keep your partnership strong, carve out space for yourself to prevent burnout, and so much more.

  • Guided by an Experienced Psychologist: Led by a licensed psychologist, this group offers expert insight to explore what fatherhood means to you and build strategies that actually work in real life.

  • Community That Gets It: Connect with other dads who understand the highs, lows, and unseen pressure of modern fatherhood in a non-judgmental space to give and receive support.
